Security & Vulnerability Reporting

Sauthy takes the security and privacy of our customers, their content, and the third-party platforms we connect to seriously. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Sauthy, or you suspect a security or privacy incident involving Sauthy, please tell us so we can investigate and fix it.

1.How to report

Email support@sauthy.com with the subject line “Security report.” This is Sauthy’s single contact address for customer support, security concerns, vulnerability reports, and suspected security incidents. Reports that involve a potential security or privacy issue are routed for security review and tracked through investigation and resolution.

Please include, where you can:

a description of the issue and its potential impact;
the affected page, system, or feature (for example, a URL);
steps to reproduce it;
the date and time you observed it;
screenshots, logs, or other supporting details if available;
your contact information so we can follow up with questions or confirm resolution.

2.Responsible testing

While researching or reporting an issue, please do not intentionally access, modify, destroy, or disclose data that belongs to other users, and do not degrade the Service for others. If you encounter another person’s data unexpectedly, stop, do not retain or share it, and include what happened in your report. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before sharing details publicly.

3.What Sauthy does with a report

Review — we review legitimate reports and acknowledge the ones we can act on.
Track — each report is tracked through investigation and resolution.
Contain and remediate — confirmed issues are contained (including revoking or rotating affected credentials or access where appropriate) and fixed at the root cause.
Third-party platforms — incidents that involve a third-party platform or third-party data (for example, an advertising or payment platform Sauthy integrates with) are handled according to that platform’s applicable requirements, including notifying the platform where required.
Affected customers — where an incident affects specific customers, we notify them as required by applicable law and our agreements.

4.Scope

This process covers the Sauthy website and application, Sauthy Ads Manager, Sauthy’s application interfaces, and the customer information they hold. Issues in third-party services that Sauthy uses should also be reported to that provider; we will still take your report and coordinate where we can.
