This Privacy Policy explains how Sauthy collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Sauthy website, applications, and services (“Sauthy” or the “Service”). By using Sauthy, you agree to this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Use.
We collect the following categories of information:
We use information to: provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; create and manage your account; generate the outputs you request; process payments and credits; communicate with you, including sending sign-in links and service messages; provide support; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.
To provide core features, Sauthy sends Your Content (such as your answers, uploaded text, and prompts) to third-party artificial intelligence providers that generate text, images, and suggestions on our behalf. This processing is necessary to deliver the features you request. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information you do not want processed in this way.
We share information with third-party providers that perform services for us, only as needed to operate Sauthy. These include providers for:
These providers are authorized to use your information only to perform services for us. If you export or connect your work to a third-party publishing or distribution platform, that platform handles your information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
If you create and publish an author or speaker profile or directory listing, the information in it (such as your name, bio, photo, and links) is intentionally public and may be viewed, indexed by search engines, and shared by others. Do not include information in a public profile that you do not want to be public.
Sauthy uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate the Service. We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising cookie and script provided by Meta Platforms, as described below. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the Service works.
To measure and improve our advertising, Sauthy shares limited information with Meta Platforms (“Meta”). We send it from your browser (the Meta Pixel) and from our servers (Meta’s Conversions API), including when our payment processor confirms a purchase. Depending on what you do, this can include:
We do not send the content of your books, manuscripts, drafts, or other creative work, and we remove sign-in and payment session codes from page addresses before anything is sent. Meta uses this information under its own terms and privacy policy, including to help show Sauthy ads to people who may be interested.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only: with the service providers described above; with our advertising partner Meta as described in Section 6, which some U.S. state laws treat as “sharing” for targeted advertising — you can opt out as described in Your advertising choices; with you and people you choose to share content or profiles with; to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Sauthy, our users, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
You can review and update your account and profile information within the Service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or deletion of your account, by contacting us at the email below. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; we honor rights that apply to you under applicable law. Sauthy is not directed to children and is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Sauthy is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using Sauthy, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated through the Service. Your continued use of Sauthy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

When you enter your mobile number and click “Text me my code,” Sauthy may send you a one-time text message containing an authentication or mobile-number verification code. These messages are used to verify your mobile number, protect your account, and provide secure access to Sauthy.
Message frequency varies based on the number of verification requests you initiate. Message and data rates may apply.
Sauthy does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers that help Sauthy deliver authentication messages, prevent fraud, provide customer support, maintain security, or operate the platform. These service providers may use the information only to perform services for Sauthy and not for their own marketing purposes.
You may reply STOP to opt out of further text messages. You may reply HELP for help, or contact Sauthy using the contact information in this Privacy Policy. Opting out of text messages may prevent you from completing mobile-number verification until another supported verification method becomes available.
This Section applies if you use Sauthy Ads Manager (“SAM”). The terms that govern SAM itself, including its risks and limitations, are in Section 23 of our Terms of Use; this Section explains how SAM handles information.
We use this information to provide SAM to you: to analyze your advertising, estimate profit, prepare recommendations, show you your results, submit changes that you explicitly approve, verify what Amazon reports after a change, keep an auditable history of recommendations and changes, operate safety controls, investigate errors and security events, and improve the reliability of SAM. We do not sell this information, we do not use your Amazon advertising data to advertise to you, and we do not share it with other Sauthy customers.
When you connect an Amazon advertising account, Amazon issues access and refresh tokens that let SAM retrieve your data and submit changes you approve. We encrypt these tokens before storing them, keep the encryption key separately from the database, and use them only on our servers; they are never sent to your browser. When you disconnect SAM from your Amazon account, we delete the stored tokens and stop retrieving new data. You can also revoke Sauthy’s access from within your Amazon account.
SAM information is processed by Amazon (to provide the advertising data and carry out changes you approve, under Amazon’s own privacy practices) and by the service providers described in Section 4, including our cloud hosting, database, and storage providers. Where SAM uses artificial-intelligence providers to produce explanations or other outputs, limited information needed for that purpose may be sent to them as described in Section 3. Section 7 applies to all sharing.
We keep SAM information while your account is active and as needed to provide SAM. After you disconnect, information already collected (including recommendation, decision, execution, read-back, audit, and consent records) is kept as part of your account history, because those records document what was recommended, what you approved, and what happened. You may request deletion as described in Section 10 and in our Terms of Use. We may keep limited records where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements, including records showing which version of the SAM Terms you accepted and when.
We monitor SAM for errors, unusual activity, and security events, and we keep related logs and audit records to protect your account and our systems. As described in Section 9, no system is completely secure.
This section applies when you join the Sauthy Affiliate Program, or when you visit Sauthy or subscribe through an affiliate’s referral link or code.
When you open a Sauthy referral link, your browser stores the referral code, the page you landed on, campaign tags (such as utm parameters), and the time of the visit for up to 30 days. If you then sign in or create an account, we record which affiliate referred you, and whether a subscription you start qualifies for an affiliate commission, using our own records and Stripe’s payment records (amounts collected, refunds, and disputes — never your full card details). We use this only to apply the referral discount, determine the referring affiliate, calculate commissions, and prevent fraud. Affiliates see counts and amounts only; we do not share referred customers’ names, email addresses, or other identities with affiliates except as required by law.
When you accept the Affiliate Program Terms of Participation, we keep evidence of your acceptance: the agreement version and a cryptographic fingerprint of its exact text, the commission policy version, the checkbox text, the date and time, your account identifiers, and the IP address and browser information used. We keep these records, and the exact text you accepted, for the term of your participation plus at least seven years, or longer where the law or a legal hold requires.
Affiliate payouts are made through Stripe Connect. Stripe collects your identity, bank-account, and taxpayer information directly through its own hosted pages under Stripe’s privacy policy; Sauthy does not collect or store your bank-account numbers or full taxpayer identification number. We share with Stripe the information needed to create and manage your connected account and to send transfers (such as your name, email address, country, and the amounts owed to you), and we receive from Stripe the status of your account, transfers, and payouts, and limited tax-form status. Where required, information returns (such as Form 1099-NEC) are prepared and delivered through Stripe’s tax-reporting tools. We keep commission, payout, and tax-reporting records as long as required by tax and other applicable law.
We send affiliates transactional emails about enrollment, commissions, payouts, tax documents, and agreement updates, and optional earnings summaries and milestone emails that you can turn off in Earn → Affiliate Program → Settings. Emails are delivered by our email service provider.
