To provide core features, Sauthy sends Your Content (such as your answers, uploaded text, and prompts) to third-party artificial intelligence providers that generate text, images, and suggestions on our behalf. If you create and publish an author or speaker profile or directory listing, the information in it (such as your name, bio, photo, and links) is intentionally public and may be viewed, indexed by search engines, and shared by others. Do not include information in a public profile that you do not want to be public.
Sauthy uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the Service works.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the service providers described above; with you and people you choose to share content or profiles with; to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Sauthy, our users, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

Sauthy is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using Sauthy, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated through the Service. Your continued use of Sauthy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
